Acknowledgement of country
We acknowledge the Wadawurrung people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we work, and recognise their continued caretaking and connection to that land. We pay our respects to them and their Elders past, present and future as the knowledge holders of this place.
Occupational therapy
Occupational therapy is about helping people to live their lives to the fullest potential.
Helping people to be able to look after themselves, care for the important people, plants or animals in their lives, and spend time in ways that are enjoyable and fulfilling.
How this is done can depend on what illness, injury or life stage is inhibiting you from living how you want or need to live. The type of sessions or therapy also may change with the occupational therapist you have chosen.
It is so valuable to find the therapist that you connect with and the type of therapies you enjoy or find useful. We would love to work with you and help find the best type of therapy for you.
